Just about every county in Missouri will be holding a tax line sale on Monday August 24th 2009. The interest rate on Missouri Lien certificates is 10% with a 12 month right of redemption. In other words you get 10% rate of return on your investment or at worst you get a piece of property worth more than you paid for it. The number following the county name is the number of parcels available.
