Delinquent Tax Sales

Pennsylvania is a Commonwealth and has 67 counties. Tax sales are usually held in the month of September for properties whose taxes have been delinquent for two years. If the property is not sold at the tax sale auction it is sold in a private sale after three months. If it still doesn’t sell then more than likely the court will free the liens against it and it may be sold by the state.
